Canoe on property and must be transported to river. 1/2 mile to river access and Shenandoah River Outfitters. 10 miles from Luray Caverns and downtown Luray shopping, golfing and restaraunts. Backs to the George Washington State Forest with hiking trails. Close to Skyline Drive and 40 miles from Massanutten ski Resort.

Winter/Spring $110/night for 2 adults (2 night min) $30 reduction per night after 2 night min
$25.00 per extra person per night

Summer/Fall weekly rate = $650.00 plus 9%tax/lodging tax
Winter/Spring weekly rate= $500.00 plus 9% sales and lodging tax
